STOW FILM LOUNGE PRODUCTIONS present it’s first feature film THE TRICYCLE THIEF. Inspired by the films of the late Children’s Film Foundation, this original children’s film features a cast of 50, all of whom live in the Borough of Waltham Forest and was filmed entirely on location in Walthamstow.
