SYNOPSIS

When her grown up daughter moves out, single mum Heather decides to sell her Walthamstow home.

Expecting a healthy profit on what she paid many years ago, she plans to move down by the sea. 

Houses in Walthamstow are such hot property, they practically sell themselves but not Heather’s. 

As buyers drop out, people complain about it being creepy, some get injured and Heather fears her home of the last 20 years is haunted.

The danger escalates, from strange noises to terrifying supernatural incidents, Heather moves out and sleeps on the floor at work, scared and shocked to discover what is haunting her.
